The Luiza Culinary Center is located within the Logos Hotel in Yad Hashmona and promotes local and sustainable culinary creations. The center is led by Chef Nadav Malin, a graduate of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy under the Slow Food movement, where he studied the significance of culinary traditions and the importance of selecting fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The Luiza team supports small farms, protects the environment, encourages fair trade, and connects people with nature through meaningful hospitality experiences. On the table, you will find produce from farmers, vegetable growers, cheese makers, organic poultry, “Chai Bari” certified meat, fish from the Sea of Galilee and Dan Stream, sourdough bread, and more – all 100% local.

You are invited to experience our craft through conferences and events, Thursday and Friday brunches, and “Local Taste” clinic vacation held at the end of each month.

The hotel’s restaurant was constructed using massive wooden logs, imported all the way from Finland and is surround by fantastic mountainous landscapes.  Dining in our restaurant is a warm and intimate experience, where you can enjoy the flavours and aromas of fine local dining.

Guests’ Breakfast at Logos Hotel on Sunday to Wednesday is served between 07:00 – 10:00 and is included in the price of all rooms

Guests’ Brunch at Logos Hotel on Thursday & Friday is served between
07:00 – 09:45 and is included in the price of all rooms

Dining on Route breakfast or lunch for touring groups and organisations (by prior arrangement up to 240 people)

Thursday Brunch | 10:00 – 12:00 | Open to the general public by prior reservation (seating time is limited to 1:45 hours)

Friday Brunch | 10:00 – 14:00 | Open to the general public by prior reservation (seating time is limited to 1:45 hours)
