Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation of service not on the dates specified in the Consumer Protection Law and Consumer Protection Regulations, ie if the cancellation is made after fourteen (14) days from the date of transaction or receipt of order, or within seven (7) business days, before the service should be provided – The customer will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

Cancellation of service in regular season:

  • In case of cancellation of service after 14 days from the date of the order until 8 days before the date of service – the customer will be charged 10% of the cost of the order or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
  • In case of cancellation of service 7 days or less before the date of service and in case of non-arrival – the customer will be charged one night for each reserved room, according to the type of board ordered.

Cancellation of service during the months of July and August as well as on Hebrew or Christian holidays:

  • In the event of cancellation of service after 14 days from the date of the order until 14 days before the date of service – the customer will be charged 10% of the cost of the order or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
  • In case of cancellation of service after 14 days from the time of booking and between 14 days and 7 days before the date of service – the customer will be charged one night for each reserved room according to the type of board ordered..
  • During 7 days or less before the date of service and in case of non-arrival – a charge of two (2) nights for each reserved room according to the type of board ordered.

The hotel will charge the full cost of the stay three days before the arrival date, using the credit card provided. In case of late cancellation or non-appearance, the credit card will be credited with the full amount less the cancellation fee listed in the site rules under “Cancellation Policy
